Hey guys, finally got back into the gym, been pretty good lately, put on 20lbs in the past 6 weeks!
This is my current diet, any help or comments appreciated
Breakfast
- 3 eggs
- bowl of oatmeal
- 1 protein shake
Mid morning
- Greek Yogurt
- Granola
Lunch
- 12 ozs of white spaghetti
- 4 ozs of ground beef
- Broc****
Mid afternoon
- 1 protein shake
Supper
- 12ozs of pasta
- 4oz of steak
Evening
- 1 Bagel with cream cheese
- 2 Eggs

Please read the stickies in the main forum, especially the one on how to ask for a diet critique. Then make a new thread in the main forum (this is the nutrition log section) where you provide the relevant information and ask any questions you have.
That said, I would eat more than 0 servings of fruit and 1 serving of vegetables daily.

It would be better if you include some more protein rich foods in your diet and for the sake of God please replace beef with chicken...cows are a image of Lord Vishnu....youll be cursed if you consume them..
