    Talking Abs workout for female six pack?

    Can anyone offer me advice? Currently i work abs 30 mins a day: but its taling too much time out of my life! I do 7 mins plank, and either decline cunches and leg raises or knee raises on parallel bars and jackknife situps (3 sets for each exercise). I have abs but im scared that if i do any less theyll disappear. Anyone reccomend how much abs i should do per day (like cut down to 15mins?!) and what exercises are best?
