    Test Booster/ health issues

I will try to make this as concise as possible. I have always been in great health. Played college football. In really good shape, workout daily, do not drink, smoke or drugs. About 3 and a half years ago I began taking some over the counter testosterone boosters because a friend recommended to take my workouts and physique to next level. Never had test problems. Took Beast, switched to muscle pharm battle brand, then back to beast. Did this for about year and a half. However I did not take as prescribed. I took a small amount for extended period of times. When I switched from muscle pharm back to beast I began having some physical issues. Pain/tenderness in breasts, heart rate increase, abdominal pains, dizziness. I stopped taking immediately. Then everything got worse. Breast filled, muscle loss and reduced tone, hair loss, dizziness, heart palps, increased anxiety, rectal bleeding, loss of libido, pains in sides and back, and the list goes on. I began going to every dr under the sun. Primary, endo, rheumatologist, urologist, cardiologist and they always run my bloodwork and everything comes back perfect. I never have bad results in any category. Testosterone is always sitting around 750 completely off supplements.

I will have rollercoaster and sometimes feel good and sometimes feel terrible. Lost a lot of muscle mass but the drs tell me it is not hormone related. Been tested for many diseases etc and nothing ever comes out. Had CT scan and came back great so didnt see neurologist.

So over the past 2 years almost this has been an issue. I recently got so frustrated that I took test injections at a very low level. I only did it 3 times as it scared the **** out of me, so I then took supplement from vitamin shop that was test booster and estrogen blocker that was recommended to take to take after the injections to begin with. I felt really good on that. Once I stopped, everything came back from.before. Same pains and muscle loss etc.

I am a firm believer it's my hormones even though all of the Drs and specialists say otherwise based off of my test results. Because of that no dr will give me or recommend anything. They are now just referring me to counseling saying it's in my head which is making me unhealthy. I am looking for any advice from.anyone who has had the same things or heard of anyone similar. I will be so appreciative of some help as im struggling over here and worried I'm going to make it worse by continuing supplements on my own or that I'll just never be the same again if I do nothing. I just want to go back to normal health how I was before!

    Thank you,

    Darryl

Look.. not sure if post is genuine.
If you are sick it sounds like docs haven't diagnosed what it is, but they have certainly excluded what it isn't. From what you have written it's not hormone levels so FFS get a grip and accept that.

Speak to your physician to ask if this is relevant https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/chroni...-cfs/symptoms/ (sometimes called "ME")

    Get well soon...

I've never tried anything, even a PH, but it sounds far fetched you had all those symptoms from anything you can get over the counter in a nutrition shop.

Maybe someone else can give you more help.

I read the responses you got when you posted this question in the Misc:

The kids there seem to think it's mental. You might want to look into that.

There was a day when you could buy "testboosters" that actually had PH or straight test in them over the counter but those days are long gone. None of the OTC boosters really work to any meaningful effect. So, I really doubt your issue is related to hormone levels. What you describe to me seems like a classic anxiety disorder but I'm not a Dr.
