    Meet macro get plenty of amino acids, including leucine, isoleucine and valine. There is no benefit to using free-form amino acids if you're meeting your macro. If you're not meeting your macro, fix that issue with protein.

    Thanks for your response I appreciate the time you took to responed. I actually believe most supplments are not necessary if you have a proper nutrition. But with that being said supplments are added benefits that people can live without. Supplements are a luxury that help out but not a need.
