Preworkout suggestions

I’ve previously been using GNC’s “Lit” preworkout and it makes me feel like **** 30 minutes into my workout. I’ve taken Sofletes preworkout as well as JYMs and have never had this problem. Any suggestions on a pre workout?

I wouldn’t mention competitors here. Also, you could be saving way more $$ by shopping here instead. Nonetheless, tough to figure out what made you feel like that. Perhaps like other factors such as eating too close to workout, rest and recovering properly? You can consider trying MuscleTech’s Vapor X5, it does have Yohimbine, but I would recommend trying it but spacing it far from your workout.

Have you tried using only 1/2 of a scoop to see if you experience similar discomfort?

OP. Should take/finish your pre workout 20-30 minutes before your workout (on the way to the gym or right before you leave) and I would only take PWO after an 1.0-1.5 hours after eating or else it hurts my tummy.

Solid energy, focus, endurance and pumps. Stims aren't too high but hit just right. I've never experienced any issues of feeling like crap while using it.

Way cheaper options than Lit....I wasn’t a fan. Did very little.

I like Hyde, C4, and even the occasional PMP premixed from my local store when I’m on the run. I used Jym for a while but there’s too many rules when taking his system. I just wanna drink and go. And for the money, it didn’t actually do much more than most of the others on my list. His flavoring is pretty tight tho.

What do you look for most out of a PWO product (stims, pumps, focus, etc.)?

Two of my go-to's are P.P.K. and/or Mypre V2.

I would Recommend mr hyde cutzs gives nice explosive energy and helps work up a sweat.

I like white flash..... now I’m not so much a fan of the flavor (seems to be just me) but outside of that it works great and keeps me in line throughout my whole workout and then some.

The vapor X isn’t too shabby either once I got my meal issue in line.

Heard nothing but good things about this product. Will need to catch it on sale at some point.

Also Ive heard good things about C4, think that's my next purchase as Im running low on White Flash.
