    Ok arm growth?

    So i know these pics arent from exactly the same angle but whatever.

    I dont feel that my arm has increased enough in size. Forgot to measure at the start cus I'm an idiot.

    Photos are 10 months apart (I had been lifting for 2 months when I took the first one). Both no pump.

    I would recommend high reps mixed with heavy negative reps. The high reps should be anywhere from 20-30 4 sets then do four sets of negatives 10-12 reps heavy I would do them on the machine preacher curls and have a partner help you lift the weight a little and you hold it slowly lowering for 4-6 seconds then have your partner help you up again. Last thing i would also add are Reverse Pyramid sets start at 80% max weight rep as much as you can then lower 10% each set not rest in between all the way till you get to 30% power.
