It's OK though, I resumed my normal schedule when I returned and less than a week later I've lost a further 2 pounds in addition to the 2 pounds I lost the week before I went
Srs, whilst away the healthiest things I ate were McDonalds and KFC and in addition to that I ate donuts, mud pies, ice cream, sundeas, burgers, fries, onion rings, battered prawns and deep fried squid. When I got back I started again with my usual diet and drank water like it was going to run out.

I went on vaction for a week and ate loads of bad foods...

Pretty cool. Curious if you naturally would be more on the skinny or heavier side if you just ate ad lib long term? For me when I eat whatever I want on vacation I put on a lot of weight, but when I eat to hunger with generally "healthy" foods I am fairly close to maintenance.

I'm naturally a Mesomorph (neither skinny nor fat). Over the last 8 years I've gradually been getting heavier (and fatter) due to age and really abusing what I eat (due to the fact that most of my life I never got fat from eating junk).Originally Posted by Heisman2
