It's OK though, I resumed my normal schedule when I returned and less than a week later I've lost a further 2 pounds in addition to the 2 pounds I lost the week before I went
Srs, whilst away the healthiest things I ate were McDonalds and KFC and in addition to that I ate donuts, mud pies, ice cream, sundeas, burgers, fries, onion rings, battered prawns and deep fried squid. When I got back I started again with my usual diet and drank water like it was going to run out.

I'm naturally a Mesomorph (neither skinny nor fat). Over the last 8 years I've gradually been getting heavier (and fatter) due to age and really abusing what I eat (due to the fact that most of my life I never got fat from eating junk).
I started my new regime a few months ago so when it was vacation time I was a little nervous and said I'd eat sensibly. However when it came to it and my family were eating cakes, ice cream, etc I couldn't resist. I think it actually did me good because I got to eat everything that normally I wouldn't, and have a good time.
I don't really drink alcohol at all, whether on vaction or otherwise, and I think that helps massively whether exercising or not.Donkeyno9: Don't think you're the only one here who suffers from addiction, depression and failure.
