I’ve been eating at about 1500 calories with a macro breakdown of:
122g protein
173g carbs
50g fat
I weigh 75kg, am 167 cm tall, female and wanting to lose fat.
I’ve thought about reverse dieting but don’t know where to start because I have wanted to try and repair any damage caused by so much strict dieting over the years as previously I was eating at 1000-1200 calories for a long time.
I’m also weight training 4 days a week and doing cardio on the remaining 3.
