Well here I am a little more then a year later and at a record low for myself ever I been bouncing around 180-185 for a little over a month now. My ankle is making me less mobile then I would care to be, but that just means I adjust more in the kitchen and other days I just push through the pain because I just can't get the surgery done at this point in my life. Amazing what a year can do when you put in the time and effort. Pictures attached, thanks for all the comments along the way to help me be accountable this last year.

Looking like a different person! You're doing a great job, especially considering the challenges with injury.
How are you feeling about the long term - you're getting closer to that goal weight, so are you feeling nervous or confident?A.L.L. Leukemia 2009 - 2012
