I stayed up playing the triangle to downside break, purely because the alt mcap % was so low + alts seen capitulation (also see this thread evidence).
And just like that, green across the board for alts vs btc pairings. Right when ppl have given up on alts. The correlation between btc price trend and its mcap vs the market is just another tool

I reckon some of the shinier big name new alts will lead imo, like link, energi, ren etc.. but at some stage our old school coins will follow. Just like in the last alt cycle, non-**** tier coins will come back at some stage.Originally Posted by Luc1fer

What I meant to ask, is how can he know what is the pets.com and what is not? Is there an elaborate list, instead of just saying all alts are a scam?
And let me remind you that the dotcom bubble ended around 5 trillion market cap and it wasn't worlwide. The crypto bubble continues, and more scams are coming

Based on the development you expect that the older alts would be better investments considering that they have been developing their tech while the market has been dead.
