I don't see this at all. There must be a problem with whatever you're using to look at that market.

When you take a look at the history of Chinese involvement in the crypto world, the negativity towards them isn't warranted. Off the top of my head, all the PnDs, exit scams and just bull**** infighting drama doesn't come out of China. I understand the scrutiny they get, considering how tightly the government controls everything there and just the overall feels of manipulation, but as far as my experience with cryptocurrencies, I have full faith in them. Besides, technically Binance isn't even a Chinese company.

And if you want talk about trusting companies with your ID details...Coinbase should be last on that list. They are the first in line for the US gov to extract customer information from and are happy to give it up.

Yeah idk what is going on. I was watching the chart on Gdax just hovering in same price range. Suddenly a red line wick all the way down to $40 something. Then when I refreshed or changed the time interval it disappeared. Happened twice in a row.

I guess my predictions from the last post was correct.

This game is too easy, got every top so far 5700 4300 4000 and 4160. And still i think i have a ****ton of areas to improve on. Will be the best at this by years end.
5700 was the first time i properly used bitmex and shorted for the first time. Also getting coaching from a few people who are close to the top of the leaderboard.

    Also copypasted from Reddit

The stories following the news of the Coinbase Neutrino acquisition needs to be heard by everyone. It is truly concerning. Read the following twitter thread:

    Andreas Antonopoulos on twitter: https://twitter.com/aantonop/status/1098762167451410432

Coinbase's new acquisition is not just a surveillance company. It's much worse than that. https://twitter.com/J9Roem/status/1098189206910832640

Hacking Team has been listed as an "Enemy of the Internet" by @RSF_inter because they "sell products that are used by authoritarian governments to commit violations of human rights and freedom of information."

We have so many options to choose from along with a rapidly growing decentralized ecosystem. To me Coinbase, and the likes, defeats the whole purpose of crypto.

    tl;dr: Stop using Coinbase.

That being said, I've moved to Airswap as my FIAT onramp.
    Cliffs on Airswap?

Never used Moving Averages, and the people i have been speaking to do not either, Krown does though and hes pretty good.

ATM ive still got all the spot i bought at 3450 which i will just hold long term. Trying to short the 3820-3860 and a bit above if it gets there.
I think we will have decent support at 3700/3520ish. Maybe look for longs at these levels. Playing level to level, not overly bearish or bullish here.

Honestly think it could be hard to get above 3900 from this spot, as the initially move up from 3900 was quite forced. Also how much of BTCs move was due to Eth pulling up the market. And so many idiots bought above 4150 thinking "new higher high" gave the pros lots of liquidity to short from that point.

But I am still trying to get more spot, too much ****ed up **** in this world ATM, too not be holding bitcoin at these prices. Seems like America and AOC are trying to push socialism, i bet some billionaires have already thought about the idea of putting money in crypto.

    Also some good trading books:

MTM is probably my favourite of the lot

Edit: Not currenlty looking for that short

    ETH is safe to touch.

XMR too once a truly decentralized exchange is launched.

damn, im hodling on alts rn (VET/ADA/TRX/EOS/XRP) just got into the space in january right before that big Jan 10 red candle. The plan for now is to wait to buy some BTC around 3k... predicting we get there before any bulls come. Feel free to shoot me some critique.

Thank you for sharing the books! Really appreciate it!

I too think that 3920 area would be a good area to short - There is a gap on the CME's chart near the 3900 area.

We have to see how price will react when it gets to that range. I don't exactly understand how price-gap fills work, But for some weird reason price has a tendency to fill these price-gaps in btc's history.

Anyone thought about this. What i think might be happening, firstly the Chinese miners could be colluding, knowing how Chinese operate, is that they were or are currently shorting the market and dumping all the mined coins at the same time. They are also bringing on as many miners as they can (possibly operating at a loss) to squeeze out any smaller miners. This can be seen from the hash rate increase and the decrease in price. What other reason is there for a hash rate increase as price decreases? This will give them much more power in the future, especially as the halving approaches and miners rewards are cut in half, they want to capture most of this distribution. Not only that forcing small miners out, short term forces theses miners to sell instantly to cover costs, and from reading on reddit from the writing of a few small miners seems this is exactly what they are doing. At the same time making the miners who are currently short more profitable.

(One miner on reddit said he instantly sells to cover costs at this current time and predicted BTC to go to $1k bc of this, but I do not think he has taken into account that he could be being manipulated to think like this)

If the miners are currently colluding which I guess the Chinese ones are. The time will come soon enough when they decide to stop shorting and hold off selling, this I feel is most likely when the market will shoot up.

Note: Very dizzy/tired today, hopefully this is understandable.

Has to be some high level gametheory at play here, from what i remember collusion makes it most profitable for all participants, knowing this and Chinese miner centralisation youd have to think they have some deal together.

I had to upload a picture of my driver's license. Not the full KYC requirements though.

Also, don't use one of those JP Morgan affiliated credit cards.
