I sold BTC @ 9 thinking/hoping for 7. In order to make up for the blunder I'm hoping for BTC to settle in somewhere around 11 and let the monies flow back into alts.

Wouldn't fault you man. That range chop was ****ing insane. 3 months of chop, couple of fake breakouts above the down trendline...It is very very stressful to trade these markets manually because its 24x7..All those guys who have some sort of automated stuff going on in btc are far far ahead of manual traders. Also the break of the trendline happened on a sunday which was weird af.

some FOMO kicking in looking at the charts, I have lost hope for even a pullback at this time. A gap fill of the 9.6-9.7k area could be very revealing regarding price direction and the validity of the breakout, but who knows when that will happen..
