    Anabolic cooking

Just purchased the anabolic cooking book off Kindle and it all looks easy enough. Only problem is I'm looking at every meal and going yup don't have that ingredient.. or that and moving on to another recipe.

I plan on going shopping and grabbing the most used ingredients so I can try a few of the recipes out.

Anyone using his cookbook got any advice for a shopping list? Including cooking utensils/trays and what to buy mass of? Or how you went about starting off prepping etc

    Cheers

Sorry, I don't have that cookbook, so I wouldn't know how to go about buying the ingredients thar are clearly listed in the recipes.
That's a tricky one, best of luck.
