Is everyone ready to admit that i'm stronger than you all on leg curls? Or otherwise shut me up by doing more on any machine that you want. We can't even find anyone that can come within 100 pounds of me.
Can anyone even do 140 with each leg? What seems to be the problem here? Am I on a lifting site or what? Does anyone workout here?

Yeah squeeze the muscle on off days. Bring your foot up to your butt and squeeze the hamstring as hard as you can. That develops the muscle gradually. Also do short sprints at the track up to 40 yards. But nothing over 40. Never jog. Never run a treadmill.
Never do any type of distance running.
If you want to be hot like me then do your linebacker training.
If you don't want to do your linebacker training then you're never going to reach your full potential.

Because it's 190 with ONE leg at a time. Simple math tells you that if you take 190 and times that by two you get 380.
If you want to respond to a thread then make sure you have all of your information together and have watched the video. Otherwise you're not really in a position to respond to any thread.
Damn i'm the king of the leg curl machine. Nobody can even come close to beating me on this.
I welcome anyone on the powerlifting thread to do more. I need some competition in this. So far nobody reading this can come within 100 pounds of what I have done.

Nah, definitely not. In fact, I was smashing through your numbers before I even hit double digits in age. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, pal. I'm far beyond anything you could ever even hope to imagine becoming. I am certain it's a downer that you'll never be anywhere remotely close to my level, sucks when you have common human genetics, in fact, it would not be a statement of error to say that I am superhuman, and you're just a regular human. Have a nice day as you reflect on the futility of your efforts.

Hair doesn't make you a man. You're not tough because you have a perfect hairline. Nobody gives a **** about hair.
Is it safe to say that i'm stronger than you all on the leg curl machine?
I know what's going on here. You all are trying to beat me in this and then realizing that it can't be done so you're not providing your results on this thread and just coming up with some excuse as to why what I did here isn't a vulgar display of power.
See, you don't see it until you try it. Then when you try it. You're like damn that's a lot of weight and I have no clue how the hell Matt got this up with any type of form. Because you're all trying all types of forms and still not budging the weight.
I told you all. Go ahead and cheat and even place the leg pad at a 45 degree angle. You're still not going to budge it.
What has everyone done so far? What's the most everyone can do with one leg?

New personal record.
390 LBS Lying Leg Curl for 1 rep at 6'0 and 262. Here's the video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2ig1Kd-UN8
195 pounds on each leg.
Did it after leg press and calves and a day after deadlifting and doing hack squats.
The form wasn't as good as the 380. But yet again this isn't about form. I couldn't even budge 400 with any type of form last week.
It just gets to the point that you can't even budge the weight no matter what form you use.
Ok so now you all need to beat 390 to beat me in this. Have fun trying to beat me in it.
Go to any LA fitness. They have these leg curl machines there.
Once you realize the type of weight you're dealing with it's going to make you not even want to try.
Don't be afraid to post fail videos. I'm not. I posted a fail video at 400 pounds. Go ahead everyone and post your fail videos at 140 pounds on each leg. Don't be afraid to fail.

No and never would. They do distance running.
Linebacker training is the only way to go. If you want to be hot like me then do your linebacker training and never go over 40 yards on anything. Anything over 40 yards is only going to make you weaker.
Quality over quantity.
An all out 8 by 40 yard dash workout with 3 mins rest in between is a billion times more effective than any distance running workout out there.

For someone that supposedly squats 652 because he's short and using all back leverage. Meaning that you're literally squatting that much because of your leverages and ability to keep your back straighter on the way up, then shouldn't a 390 pound leg curl be easy for you?
What seems to be the problem of why you can't beat me on this?

Exactly. Use whatever form you want to use. You still won't budge this weight. Or get anywhere close to this weight.
Prove me wrong though. All we need is a competitor that can 1 up me on this.
It's going to get to the point where i'm going to do 410 on this which is the max I can go and then i'll have to add in 5 pound increments with a metal pin and just put the plate inside the pin and place it on the front of the machine.
