Hey guys. I am not one of those annoying ass trolls. I am an actual person. I am 5’6”, and already 16 years old. My dad is 5’9”, so it should make sense that I grow to his height, right? My mom is 5’0”, so the chances are lower, but what can i do to maximize my growth potential? I really want to be 5’9”+, and am tired of being shorter than half of the high school boys.

Depends on your genetics brah, hard to tell. Not much you can do to help your potential besides making sure you eat well.

I drink milk daily and take some L-Arginine and L-Lysine pills twice a week. I stretch everyday as well.

Height
It’s all genetics.. sadly I’m short too. I’m 5’6 and 14 and would kill to reach 6’0. My dad is 5’10 though so I might not get much taller. Don’t let anybody tell you how y’all you will be.. nobody knows.. not even your doctor. Just be patient and wait.

You never know. My freshman and sophomore years of HS I was short and fat. I was 5'5 to 5'6 and 210lbs
Start of junior year I was 6'0 /6'1 and 145lbs
Growth spurts can happen after 16
