    12 day difference

    Hey boys, i've been going to the gym for almost 2 weeks now and i think i can see a little bit of difference,but im not sure if its just my mind or ive made an actual progress.I am doing full body workout and consuming 3300 calories.

    Possibly some slight gains but in 2 weeks it's almost impossible to see a change, normally takes at least a month or 2. Stick at it, being so lean is a positive as far as I'm concerned. Most folks these days are carrying weight so really need to cut to see their muscles but as soon as you put them on they'll pop out. If you really want it it will happen if you consistently hit the gym and don't dodge it. Work really hard at lifting, push yourself as hard as you can when you work out. And eat enough to put weight on but make sure it's good food, not crap. Lots of fruit and veg and protein (chicken, beef, eggs etc)

    1 month and 7 days now(+11.5 lbs). Im gonna update this topic to follow my progress.
