    thought I'd start a new log again see what happens

    meal 1 : large bowl of oats and an apple
    meal 2 : 2 cheese sandwich

    meal 4 : roast chicken,potatoes,rice,broc****

    exercise : 25 mins walking around streets

    breakfast was large bowl of oats 150gm + water + 1tbs sugar + milk on top along with 3 eggs fried
    lunch was 2 bacon sandwhichs
    dinner 2 chicken thighs and pumpkin/potato/gravy/tomato sauce

    around about 2800 calories

    today I had
    breakfast 4 plain toast and 2 bananas
    lunch 2 salmon and cheese toasted sammys
    dinner was 2 chicken thighs rice broc**** and gravy/tomato sauce I think around 2600-2900 I was to lazy to count
    30 min walk home from the doctors,blood work was good,but my blood pressure needs correcting

    tomorrow is Xmas so will be having the day off,planing on having KFC for lunch and some pavlova/cream nothing too serious,back on track the next day.

    meal 1 : 1 kfc chicken wing,coleslaw,potato/gravy,couple chips around 500-600 calories
    meal 2 : 2 protein cookies 580
    meal 3 : crackers/ham around 600
    meal 4 : 90gm oats 320
    meal 5 : can of baked beans 400
    milk 100

    40 mins DDP Yoga real proud of myself for doing this I love it now,trying to increase 5mins extra a week

    Today was good till after dinner when I got real hungry and was tired so I just gorged down an xtra 1000 calories so all up had about 3600 calories
    on the plus side I did 40 mins yoga
