meal 2 : 2 cheese sandwich
meal 3 : 2 cheese/onion sandwich
meal 4 : roast chicken,potatoes,rice,broc****
exercise : 25 mins walking around streets

Today was around 2600 calories
meal 1 : ham/crackers
meal 2 : 2 protein cookies
meal 3 : 90gm oats
meal 4 : 4 eggs/avocado
meal 5 : can of salmon/onion/tomato/mayo
35min DDP Yoga
tomorrow is Xmas so will be having the day off,planing on having KFC for lunch and some pavlova/cream nothing too serious,back on track the next day.
weigh in's are planned for the 1st of every month,weigh in number 1 will be on the 1st of January

meal 5 : can of baked beans 400
milk 100
40 mins DDP Yoga real proud of myself for doing this I love it now,trying to increase 5mins extra a week
