    Lower back excercises

Okay so I need some suggestions for exercises for my lower back other then deadlifts, I dont think they are necessary as not everyone does them and have some amazing physiques also dont feel like snapping my **** up. I have good form also before anyone comments about that I have dead lifted for years and gotten to 220kg and repped 180 for reps. Giving them up as I have no desire to be a powerlifter etc and feel the risk is just not worth it even with good form **** could snap under serious weight.

Back raises and or good mornings are other options.
No you won't break your back with heavy DL's if you keep the form good and you don't need to go for any maximums if your not powerlifting.

Back raises or potentially great mornings are different alternatives, no you won't crush your spirit with substantial in the event that you keep the frame great and you don't have to go for any maximums if your not power lifting...
