I FEEL LIKE GIVING SOMETHING AWAY AND MAKING SOME BB.COM MEMBER'S DAY!!

My oldest son played baseball his whole life and now plays NCAA ball in college. We've always been a baseball family with baseball being my favorite sport so I get all amped up for the World Series.

In another thread I said we needed a World Series Promo. Well, I like giving things away and helping people out so I thought "why don't I do this?" So, I am. I hope it's not against the rules but I don't wanna let the reps have all the fun!!

LET'S DO THIS!!!

Here's how I would like this to work:

1. Pick the winner (Boston or LA)
2. Tell me the number of games it will take to win the series
3. Tell me the total number of runs each team will score. So, tell me the scores of each game and I will tally them up when it's over with whoever being closest being the deciding factor
I think that will be enough to separate the winner but if needed, I also want you to tell me the number of homers each team will hit; with whoever is closest being the deciding factor.
And if still a tie after all that, the winner that posted their picks first will win.

What do you win you ask?? How about you pick one single item, up to $50, from the BB.com store and I'll buy it for you and have it shipped to you. If there is a bogo or sale etc...that's fine; just spend up to $50


So this would be an example of an entry:

Boston will win in 6 games
game 1=Boston 6, LA 4
game 2=Boston 5, LA 3
game 3=LA 7, Boston 4
game 4=Boston 9, LA 7
game 5=LA 8, Boston 7
game 6=Boston 6, LA 4

Boston will hit a total of 9 dingers and LA will hit a total of 6.


How I will score:
If you choose the losing team, you are automatically out. If you pick the winning team, but the wrong number of games, you are then out. So my layout (1, 2, 3 etc...) will go in order of making the selection process. Did I confuse anyone with that?
Clarification: The order in which a team wins does not matter. So you don't have to tell me the scores of each game; I just thought that would be fun. If you want to just say Boston in 6; they will score X amount of runs total, LA will score X amount of total runs; Boston will hit X amount of homers and LA will hit X amount of homers, that would work too.




And, of course, there are rules:
---Must have entry in before first pitch of first game
---Must be 18
---Will only ship to continental US
---Would like to see review in store or forum
---Must be green with 100 posts
