I'm mainly considering it because I got down to my lowest weight and I still felt "squishy" and wished to have more lean mass. I am thinking if I do a bulk this winter and start cutting after a few months I may be happier with the results since there will be more muscle mass. I am also burnt out on cutting. I have been cutting for a year and lost 30lbs. I want to work towards a goal instead of being in maintenance.
Has anyone done this? Were you happy with the results?
What are your thoughts? í ½í¸Š

Reason: Need to add additional info
Certainly taking an extended break from cutting can serve you well. You may just need to eat enough calories to gain strength and you could possibly gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. How much stronger are you now then when you started cutting a year ago, or have you gotten weaker?
