Male, 5’6”, started at 150lbs from bulk, now I’m 138 during my cut. I have a bodyfat scale which tells me I have 14% body fat.
I have a light outline of abs, but not a lot of muscle. Should I continue cutting, or start bulking?

Sorry for updating this thread again. I’m just having doubts about bulking. I think I’m skinny fat. I barely have any muscle, and my bodyfat scale says I have 16% to 17% bodyfat
I currently weigh 148 pounds, and my front belly sticks out during the day.
I feel upset because if I cut, I look too scrawny, skinny fat, and whimpy. If I continue to bulk, I’m just going to get fatter and still look bad. I feel like when I cut, I am just cutting muscle, and when I bulk, I’m just gaining fat.
I don’t really feel good about myself right now. Do you still feel like I should bulk? I want the end result to look good, but I feel like I’m not doing the right program for myself because I’m skinny fat.
