My local yoga group has this 30 day, or 60 day challenge going. 30 days, each day 1h yoga.
Bikram is 90min though. And they intersperse it with HIIT classes and pilates.
The HIIT is pretty intense even though it is no impact. Just bodyweight.
Now with work from hime and nowhere to go it's the right time for the 30 day challenge.

Starting 30day yoga challenge from Monday
Cycling, walking, swimming.
No car.
