Don't need to hit exact numbers. Just set minimum levels for protein and fat - which you then meet or exceed while sticking to a calorie total

Those macros would be fine although you don't have to have that much protein unless that's what you prefer.

If 2600 calories is about 2-300 above your TDEE then it's fine.

    ^^^^ What was said above

Just remember to take the bulk slowly or you will just gain the fat back you lost on your cut. You won't get big over night so take your time adding 1-2 pounds a month. If you start noticing your belly fat increasing more then the rest of your body you may need to evaluate your calories as they are probably too high. If strength increases with measurements, weight (at 1-2 lbs per month) and regular pictures look more muscular then you are on the right lines. Good luck

Hit your protein and fat minimums then fill rest with whatever. If your tdee reall is 2500 then go for about 2800 per day average

Why did you cut down to 136lb at 5'11"?

It doesn't really matter. As we've been saying all you need is a minimum level of protein and fats. If there was some particular level needed for carbs, we would have mentioned it.
