Five types of people who should never go to gym:
1. You been hungry once in your life (only people who been satifactually full and extremely full all their life do good in the gym and without getting seriously injured at some point)
2. Your arm and neck and calf are the same inches (working out will only mess you if this is you, dont go to the gym if your neck and arm and calf are the same inches)
3. You dont want to go to the gym for whatever reason, if this is you, just dont go! (Those who dont want to go to the gym can get life dangerous injuries and just mess themself for life)
4. You have heart disease. You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes. You have kidney disease.
5. You have a disease/just a sickness that is contagious (self explanatory)
Five types of people who should go to gym:
1. You were told by your family to come
2. Your arm and neck and calf are not the same inches (tell the gym staff you want them the same inches)
3. You been once or a few times and actually enjoyed it!
4. You were told by your coach to come
5. You were told by your doctor to come
