There will be a preview/hype video coming out next month for a lot of the stuff we've been working on this year that hasn't released yet. Our engineering department has grown a ton and we've got a really solid pipeline of product releases starting late this year. Everything you could want for our racks is coming out soon, and some things you didn't know you want.

Util seat exists but we're not happy with it yet. Trying to make it as useful as possible and refine details.

I'm excited to share more of the behind-the-scenes with our product development process because it's been refined quite a bit this year. Lots more revisions and testing with staff and focus groups, which has slowed the process but also made it better.

I’d like to see the seat that you’re unhappy with.

I have a few recommendations on the util seat:
    1. Offer an option to add a removable pad. Mech6 made a utility seat with a removable pad for me and it works well for seal rows and hip thrusters.
    2. Slot the holes vertically to account for the attachment it is being installed on (ex. Spotter arms and flip down safeties would have UHMW while crossmembers wouldn’t so you want to slot the hole to work with both)
    3. Offer an option to fit it for other wider non-Rep racks so you increase your potential customers. Ex. Add an additional 1” spacer (UHMW) & longer screws for each side (Rep or customer installs), and longer hitch pins to account for the additional width…ex. Rogue/EliteFTS racks would need 1” spacers, Titan would need 1/2” spacers.

Here’s my mech utility seat with pad:

I see the functional trainer vid dropped.

Have you tested it with the ISO Arms?

Since I have an 8 post power rack(6 post + extension used for the ISO arms) would it still be compatible or would I have to remove the extension for the functional trainer?

Geniuely curious how this will work.

Appreciate the input. We are taking it into account on the final product. You (and many others) should be happy!

We will have a more in-depth video on this product later this year and hopefully answer many questions as you see it in action.

Does anyone know how the knurl on the stainless Power Speed barbell compares to the deep knurl Power Bar EX?

I see many reviews on the hard chrome and magnesium phosphate finish on the Power Speed barbell, but apparently the stainless variant was released in a very limited quantity.

Rep's Instagram is teasing something for Zero Gap bench owners. I'm curious what it could be, as a v1 Zero Gap owner.

    Maybe a fat pad option?

I'm guessing a fat pad would fit more benches than just the zero gap. I'm guessing something that fits into the leg roller attachment slot. I'm curious why it wouldn't work on the 5100/5200 too.

Pretty cool AMA with Rep Fitness CEO Ryan. Pictures of their new stuff coming out looks pretty good. Like the idea of the handles on the utility seat. Also a lot of good info in the answers of the Q&A.

Does anyone know if the Titan T3 3x2 attachments (2×3 TUBING, 5/8″ PEGS) fit the Rep PR3000 (1.97″X3.15″) TUBING, 5/8″ PEGS?

Rep D/C the PR3000 rack shortly after I purchased it and I'm having difficulty finding attachments.
