Well that sucks. Going to go spend my Black Friday stash on another hobby. Absolutely no sense using it for just a 5% discount when I can save real money on other things this time of year.

I’m a huge fan of Rep so I don’t want to pile on too hard here, but 5% off is what you can get after leaving a review on their site any day of the year. I realize tariffs, etc... played a role, but the optics of this with the 5-15% off teasers, the incorrect discounts at launch, and the website issues all day is going to have them on defense throughout this whole BF.
There are no winners in this situation (unless you got lucky to get through early).

Not to mention racks being back ordered until Mid February which is the worst part of the whole thing IMO.
They obviously messed up, but I don't want to criticize them too much. They are a small company that has gotten unprecedented popularity in a very small amount of time because they are putting out very good products. Honestly, they are doing a lot right, but they gotta get their e-commerce & supply chain game worked out. It's currently a disaster.

Apparently, according to their ******** post, they realized right in the middle of the sale that tariffs went up two months ago. Of course I'm being facetious but I don't know what other response to take. I have held off my purchase of an entire home gym all month waiting for a "deal worth waiting for". Now after missing other deals, being without a gym I realize that there is almost no savings (not even enough to cover sales tax) I have to wait until February to get my stuff which is moot since I cannot even order it. Bait and switch may be too harsh of an allegation but it is way too close for comfort. Almost as disappointing is the amount of research I have done to decide on REP and now I have to go with my second choice simply out of principle if nothing else.

I had been waiting for the sale on the SS Rep Gladiator WL bar. Tried to checkout at the $215 price but it kicked me out more than once. I messaged them through FB to see if they will honor it.

Ehh, I have some rep products and I'm happy with them all especially my flat wide grippy bench....I have an old adjustable from rep and may have considered selling my old one to upgrade to the 5200 but with a $22.45 discount and still paying the $70 shipping tax just isn't very motivating.
Rogue is never out of stock on anything I want and the shipping is more reasonable (especially when I know the 5 for $5 is available once a year)
I'll still look but that shipping just sours it for me everytime I go to rep. I'd rather they charge more and have "free shipping"

Don't psyche yourself out! Total price!
We recognize paying high shipping prices sucks, and have been working hard on supply chain and logistics for a while. We recently made some big changes that should be noticeable to everyone in the next few months. You'll see lower shipping costs and less stock-outs on established products, with the goal of being where we should be by the summer. I'd estimate the typical ground shipment will be at least 25% cheaper, and closer to 50% cheaper for many.
Sounds like a long time, and it is, but it's like turning the Titanic.www.repfitness.com - Gym equipment manufacturer.

Trying to order a set of rubber grip hex dumbbells 5-50, 60,70,80,90,&100. Some sizes are out of stock. Seems customer service won't let me pre-order out of stock pairs. Is this correct? By the time the others are in stock, the discount and shipping will be null. Hopefully not the case. I can order from Vulcan even though they are out of stock on some pairs.

It depends on your color combo. We had too many variations to tell people exact dates on each, so we set the date that everyone should receive theirs. Reality is that they will trickle out as stock comes in. Matte black arriving in a couple of weeks, other colors after that.
I think they had to make a decision to simply not be able to take pre-orders on the entire range of our product line for simplicity. I'll get you squared away though, even if it's after the sale ends.
Those 5-50 sets are about 6 weeks out, but they have a new embossed logo and a grippier rubber handle. Unfortunately they would then not match the 60 lb and heavier, because we don't intend to re-stock them. They just don't sell well enough. We'll re-visit that decision if the sets start selling better with the new design though.www.repfitness.com - Gym equipment manufacturer.
