The guy that delivered my rack from Legend not only brought it up the driveway to the garage doors (it was too tall to put inside), but helped disassemble all the pieces off the pallet and bring them into the garage. He even took the pallet with him and wouldn’t accept a tip!

Freight deliveries are scheduled, so hopefully you're setting time aside to dissasemble from pallet and bring in piece by piece. Consider it a workout and pray for good weather.

My pallet was rolled as far as it could up my driveway. I then rushed to unpack and bring in each box prior to it raining into garage.

Unfortunately they just went from 15% to 7.5% for sporting goods, so there's still an extra duty to pay. Back when they were 15% (which they still are until they give the implementation date for this deal, but hopefully it's immediate), we never raised our prices. This reduction to 7.5%, if nothing else, will help us keep from having to raise prices on most of our products. We've worked on logistics to absorb as much as we can though, so items like our benches, bars, racks will stay the same price. Some other things like bumpers might see a small increase soon.

There will be some fluctuation on those "periphery" products over the next few months as we further improve our logistics operations and hopefully be able to completely absorb the 7.5% across the entire product lineup. If the 7.5% is lifted, that's where there could actually be some reductions depending on the product.

yes...actually when i realized the truck was in front of the house, i was like damn didnt realize he was there...as i was expecting him to knock on door...but he had already gotten 2 or the 3 pallets right up to garage already. my driveway is more than slightly inclined as well...which makes garages on my street, awful for gym unless some serious leveling done (my gym in basement though)

Duke any timeframe on an updated mass storage system? The more Rep stuff I get, the more I need to organize in a 2 car garage.

On the plus side, I have plenty of time to make sure my garage is clean before my order arrives.

Time for them to make a made in the USA line.

Thumbs up Glad I found this thread

My R&L Pallet came in today and the shipment looks great. R&L worker had a great attitude. Towed my pallet up the driveway into the garage. Tipped him $20 and proceeded to open up my boxes. I’m new but once I get my 50 posts, I’ll post pics and vids of my ab flat bench with wide pad and my 5200 bench with decline attachments.
Glad I did my due diligence. Almost got the Rogue Bench with decline for close to a grand. I got all this for hundreds less and many say that these benches are upgrades from Rogue’s. Can’t wait to share the pics!

I bought the Rep flat bench with the wide pad to replace a Rogue flat bench which I did not like; the Rep is a definite upgrade, it's a better design.

My AB-5200 was delivered unscathed yesterday. Considering my FB-5000 arrived looking like it had been repeatedly dropped out of the back of a truck, I was very surprised there isn’t a scratch on the AB-5200. This thing is beastly.

    Glad to hear!

Condition of items should begin to significantly improve. We made some very big changes in our factory, QA/QC processes, and staffing a few months ago that will become visible to customers more as the year goes on.

Condition of items should begin to significantly improve. We made some very big changes in our factory, QA/QC processes, and staffing a few months ago that will become visible to customers more as the year goes on.
I think the change from cheap styrofoam, to dense closed cell foam made a big difference.

What’s going on with the HR-5000 being out of stock for months?

    Yes.

Hr5000 is on the way now. The factory wasn't organizing their production well and was months behind. We moved to a more capable factory.

Congrats on the new addition to your gym, curious to see it set in the home gym. I don't regret getting the Rogue Adjustable 2.0 bench at the time, but the AB-5200 has some nice little extra features that give the Rogue a run for its money and I'm sure is even slightly less than Rogues too.

Actually, maybe it's not 57 boxes, thats just wait it says on their email. They have like each pull up band listed out individually, so maybe they grouped some of these together?
