Can anyone tell me if the REP Gladiator SS bar has the same knurling as the REP SS V2 power bar? Both are described as medium depth knurl but you know how knurling can be subjective. I would hate to have 2 barbells with the same knurling when I am essentially looking for a tad more aggressive option to the power bar I currently have but also keeping the SS flavor.

Got my AB-5000 order in
Excited to get the bench, damn they look so nice!!! Gotta make sure I don't get double-charged though. The first time I hit the button to process the order, and it just kinda got hung up and then I got the error message that site was down. Was able to get in a few minutes later, and it looks like it went all the way through ok.

I'm a little bummed their Wide Pad is still out of stock. It's been unavailable for a while, and then briefly came back in stock last Friday for a day or two. I thought, "Good, hopefully it lasts until Black Friday for when I snag the FB-5000", and then abruptly went out of stock again.

Just found this thread.
Agreed with many points on coop's horrible review.
One more point about the power speed bars smooth ends. Beneficial for those that wrap bands around or over the bar and not the sleeves. The smooth shaft will not shred the bands up. Or if doing suspended work with straps won't wear down the straps as much.

Is the AB-5000 available with a Fat Pad, if not what is the reason?
