Are people who take fish oil like, JYM brand from the store, going to see an increase in appetite? I read it may support fat loss though which I wouldn’t want necessarily. Or do you know of any supplements to increase appetite?

fish oil should be part of most supplement regiments whether bulking or cutting

It won't hurt and will be of benefit unless your already eating fattier fish throughout the week.
On the 2nd part there, have you considered drinking some calories? Maybe blending up ice cream milk shakes as too getting more calories in also add butter, oils to foods to increase calories.-- Microwaves everyday crew --

It doesn't directly help a cut or bulk, but it does help overall health and it is a cheap product to add to your routine.
