    Big 3 Sucess?

Though question here, I am starting to go into my seasonal get fat mode and want to increase my big 3 lifts while im at it.

Which have you guys had more success with a 3x5 running an AB 3 day a week splt where I add weight to the bar each week. Or a 4x8-10 where I would add weights slower over time running more of a bro split?

If you're trying to quickly add weight to your lifts, then go with the higher frequency, lower-rep option

Ive tried 5/3/1 before and just wasn't a fan of the program. Ive never done a 5x5 I'll look into a few right now, how long is your workout on that though? Its hard for me to give up more than an hour since I go to the gym before work.

I'd be done with majority of the workout within 45 min. Includes proper warm up, stretching, 1-2 warm up sets, 5 working sets with 2 min rest, accessory work, then stretching and cool down. Doesn't take long at all
