Long time lurker, first time product poster. While over the years I have mainly only focused on different proteins and preworkouts, the last couple I have been trying additional supplements or super foods. So many different things to try these days and many times nothing shows a true benefit to me. I will say that to me caffeine, L-theanine, and spirulina work the best for me!
I once first interested in spirulina after I read of the benefits and my prior experience with different algae types. I have tried a few different companies, but to me Blue Hue seems to have the highest quality. Other brands product's often either smelled rancid or seemed mixed with something. Blue Hue has a more natural taste, mixes well with water, and gives me an energy boost for most of the day. I would love to hear from others if they have found another quality spirulina product!
