    No.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Why would it be? A diabetic may just have to structure their diet a bit differently to accommodate the insulin issues, but otherwise it's still all about a caloric deficit.

Actually diabetes may make it a bit easier as with insulin resistance you won't gain as much weight; many people with type 2 diabetes gain weight once they start using insulin to get their diabetes under control.

That said, as indicated above, all of the general principles still apply. I'd just be more careful to avoid added sugar and blood glucose swings.

There are a few potential issues that could come up if someone with diabetes were to try to lose weight without including carbs in their diet. The first issue would be that without carbs to provide energy, the person might find it more difficult to get through the day. Second, without carbs to help absorb nutrients, the person might struggle to get the nutrients they need to stay healthy. Finally, without carbs to provide a source of sugar, the person might experience cravings for sweets that could be difficult to control.

A common cause of weight gain is due to craving of carbs. Structuring how you eat carbs makes a big difference in practice.

il n'est pas difficile pour un diabétique de perdre du poids, surtout pour les personnes qui suivent les recommandations des médecins.
