    Question Skinny. Un attractive. Male. I want help.

    I want to start bulking up. I want people to see me as someone who actually is somewhat strong. Not a nerd or a twig. A little info about me.

    I am 5'6. 113 pounds. I really don't have much muscle. I am decent at running though. I can do 5 good pullups without shaking. I can do 25-40 pushups. I can run 1-2 miles without stopping. 9:37 mile time. However I don't really look fit in any way. Anyone got some tips?

    113 pounds is too skinny, just eat more, less cardio and more weight training, youtube videos on how to perform exercises are great

    Thanks. Part of the issue is that im in XC so its kinda hard to do less cardio. But once the season is over ill slow it way down.
