I want to start bulking up. I want people to see me as someone who actually is somewhat strong. Not a nerd or a twig. A little info about me.
I am 5'6. 113 pounds. I really don't have much muscle. I am decent at running though. I can do 5 good pullups without shaking. I can do 25-40 pushups. I can run 1-2 miles without stopping. 9:37 mile time. However I don't really look fit in any way. Anyone got some tips?
