Starting On Advanced Large Load Prep 1 Sheiko

Would starting on the aforementioned program be a bad Idea?

My current lifts are 550 squat, 500 dead, and bench used to be 335, but a shoulder injury a few months back put bench on the back burner until recently. BW of 275.

Start with medium load if you haven't ran any Sheiko before. Large load is meant for smaller (< 80 kg) athletes anyway.

If you don't mind me asking, what's the difference between the loads? And if I start with medium should I finish all the preps and comp?

    Volume is the difference.

You could run it in it's entirety.

Most people add some upper back work as accessories on a daily basis.
