Hey I've posted a couple of times here before and everyone's always super helpful. I can't really afford a gym membership so I've been using a backpack and a pull-up bar for the most part. I was wondering if this would help me build muscle or strength
Weighted pushups 3x8
Australian pull-up 3x8
Tricep dips 3x6
Wall sits weighted 3 for 45 seconds
Calf raises weighted 3x10
Planks 3 for 1 minute
I'm doing this on Monday and Friday I'm eating enough and sleeping for 8 hours a night.
Thank you guys for helping me out in the past I always learn a whole bunch.
