Can I run this without the weekend rest? As in:
Mon - A
Tue - rest
Wed- B
Thu - rest
Fri - A
Sat - Rest
Sun - B
Mon - rest
Tue - A
Etc etc.

Thanks. Majorly novice so presume it’ll be okay until I start hitting harder weights, is that right? I just feel like it’s a waste of the weekend otherwise lol
