Hi everyone
I just want to know how much can others rep out with front squat AND the percentage of the weight they use.
Above 6 reps, my back starts to fail even around 70% of my max.
Thank you for the input!

Doesn't really matter what others can do. The amount of weight and reps we do doesn't really help you with your situation. Perhaps you should do a form check.
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

After you get done with your front squat sets, load the bar up with 90-110% of your front squat max and do timed holds with the bar in the front rack position. Make sure to keep your position strong. End the hold when you can no longer hold a proper front rack position, no sloppy form. Do this for at least 6 weeks and your upper back will be much better at holding up for higher rep sets.
