Hi guys,
I saw an ad in ******** about a guy who gained 28 pounds in 8 months. This is the link:

Is it scam? Or is it possible to gain that in 8 months?

The maximum rate of muscle protein synthesis in humans not using dangerous drugs who train and eat correctly all the time and get plenty of sleep is about 2 pounds per month. Most beginners aren't capable of such consistent perfection in their methods, so their actual gains will likely be considerably less than the ideal.
Any claimant you see who states otherwise is either trying to sell you some bogus supplement or an illegal drug, or else is just clueless.Last edited by ironwill2008; 10-31-2018 at 11:21 AM.
No brain, no gain.
