    Sciatic pain management

I've been dealing with some sciatic pain I can't get rid of, it goes away at times after hitting the gym but comes back next day, already tried different mattresses and positions. I've done some hamstring and piriformis stretches but don't help much, maybe I'm doing the wrong ones.

Anyone got any advise on this sort of PITA?

Long, long, long story short. Do this pose: https://www.yogajournal.com/poses/cow-face-pose

    AND

    this pose: https://www.yogajournal.com/poses/monkey-pose

and the sciatica will disappear. Be gentle. Pull back from discomfort and stay for awhile. You don't have to master them. Wherever you get in the attempt, IS the pose.

The sciatic nerve passes right through the piriformis. If your piriformis has built up fascial adhesions, you have to break them up. Here's the techniques that I use. Give it a try for a few weeks. Hope it helps:
