    Post Dieting.

    Currently 78KG and I want to be around 70-72KG.

    Can anyone either set a plat for my diet or tell me what's wrong with my diet as I have been gaining a lot of weight even though I am doing calorie defecit diet.

    My diet ( I track the nutrients on my app )

    Morning;

    50g of plain oats / mixed with water / 1 tsp of honey, added with med banana, 20g of almonds and 10g of raisins.

    Lunch 12:00;

    100g of brown rice + 3/4 of large chicken breast + spinach

    Dinner 16:00;

    100g of brown rice + 3/4 of large chicken breast + spinach

    Dinner 20:00;

    100g of skinless white potatoes + 250g of 4% fat beef + spinach

    Snacks;

    1 whole wheat bread with peanut butter
    Banana

    All of the above is around 250g of carbohydrates, 150g of protein and 40-50g of healthy fat. And it comes around 1800-2000 Calories

    I however lift and do 30mins of cardio everyday so I do not understand why I am gaining so much weight and not losing it. I also **** like an elephant now because of this diet lmao.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    It's not rocket science, if you are gaining weight you are not in a caloric deficit.

    Yes I am weighing my food with a kitchen scale. I measure every gram I put in and make sure. I scan every label too and put it into my app so it's more accurate too.

    I use an app to measure my calories, and it always shows me just about 1800 calories, I am measuring everything correctly but app could be wrong.

    Without doing any of the calculations myself, I will say that that looks like more than 2k calories at a glance.
    If you're consistently gaining weight while dieting, lifting, and running, you're not eating in a deficit.
