Played it solo from midnight until 3am this morning on the PS4.
F*CKING LOVED IT.
My mate who I used to play Modern Warfare with for hours each afternoon as a teenager bought a PS4 specifically for this.
We are going to get yucky in the co-op version tonight and all weekend.
I really don't even know if we'll ever play the regular multiplayer, this was just so much fun.
Landing somewhere and finding a weapon asap is a thing of beauty when you start seeing someone running along trying to find one with their bare fists as their only weapons. LOL thankfully I haven't died within the first 20 seconds of landing as yet.
Have not found one sniper rifle as yet though.

I stopped playing Cod at Black Ops 1. When I first seen this trailer I had to admit it look pretty cool.
Crazy how Cod is still relevant and Battlefield is falling off.

anyone else disappoint with bo4? all they did was took thrusters away and copy/pasted maps from old cods. even specialists are the same from bo3. also blackout sucks especially when you try to do team black out, I got killed by my team every single time
was really stoked for that battle royal thing but playing it is way less fun than I thought...i voluntarily joined the pepperoni nips crew

I have never had a team mate that didn't kill me, do you get points for killing your team or what? I dont know why people are surprised that battle royale mode isnt fun solo. Thats the same in any game. You either love it or hate it. same with fortnite, pubg, etc. Lots more fun with friends then random. So far seems way better then PUBG for consoles just by the fact it runs smooth, you can aim and shoot reliably. Its like PUBG was college kids side project in comparison. The regular multiplayer is lots of fun if you like your usual call of duty with their yearly tweaks. But they did great with their battle royale take. And unlike others, its seems your in action much more frequently. Not roaming the map forever before seeing your first person and dying.

Been playing regular TDM. Tried blackout three times and dies within a minute each time. I’ve never really got the appeal of battle royal, how are you suppose to survive the first few minutes without landing in BFE?

Black out mode is amazing. Personally not a fan of regular multiplayer but playing the battle Royale mode with mates has been amazing so far. Already got 3 team wins.

First time playing COD since BO1 for me. I've been doing mostly solo for Blackout and I am really having fun. Feel like that mode is more a challenge than squads

I understand that it's more or less the same experience as previous cods and maybe people are tired of it, but that doesn't make it bad. I feel the same amount of love had been put into it as Blackout. I am absolutely loving how the guns look and feel in this game.Originally Posted by bov188
Been having fun with both modes. By the way multiplayer can be used as warming up to get used to how the guns handle and player movement (like sliding and vaulting over obstacles). Useful for those close quarter engagements in Blackout.

people on multiplayer are sweatballs, saw a level 2 prestige last night and all him and his team did was spawn trap us. Was not fun. Blackout is awesome though
