I want to lose fat asap.
I need help rom you to tell me if this type of "lifestyle" is ok.
Height: 185cm(72.83 inches)
Weight 79kg (174lbs)
I would do a fasting diet in which I would eat 2 meals a day between 12 at noon to about 17.00. I would eat about 1500 calories (I dont know if I should do more or less calories) and drink a lot of water so I wouldnt be as hungry throughout the day.
What kind of workouts should I be doing to lose quickly lose fat (maybe some links to videos) and if this plan seems ok?
Should i be doing a lot of cardio and muscle training. or some other exercises.
I just want to lose fat fast. Thanks for all the help.

I’m still a noob but something that I do that has help me lose 20 pounds of fat and gain muscle is doing a 16- hour fast and an 8 hour feeding window. I’d stop eating at 10 at night and eat at 2 the next day. Lift at least 3 days a week and if you want do fasted cardio to help burn stubborn fat. Look up Christian Guzman macro video it will help you figure out how many calories you should eat as well as the correct macros.

This is not a good plan. As a teenager you should be focused on building a healthy relationship with food and exercise, not engaging in unhealthy practices. Not to mention "losing fat fast" is about the worst way to go about building a decent physique and almost always ends in disaster. Read the stickies at the top of this forum.

Fasting works best with one meal a day. I only eat once a day (1700 calorie meal) and it changed my life, so many benefits.

i lost 12 lbs fasting in 8 weeks it works, but dont start with 1500 kcals that's too low to begin with because when your weight loss stops you would need to drop calories again and you'll end up on only 1200. Start with 2000 kcals and see how much weight you lose in a week. If you are still losing weight keep those calories, if you're not drop 100 kcals. And do that untill you end up on 1500-1400 kcals not any lower than that. Ideally you could reduce your feeding window as calories decrease, start with 2000 kcals in 8 hours and end up with 1400-1500 in 4 hours.
