Versa gripps - are these too small?

I was torn between versa gripps or straps and i ended up getting the grips. They only had two sizes - small and medium/large. I got small, but i feel like they are too small. Shouldn't they come up higher on my hand??

do you think i should exchange them?

I've been using Versa Gripps for more than a decade. Awesome product! To answer your question, yes. They are too small. For pulling exercises you want to be able to wrap them around the bar and back into your palm. It doesn't look like that's possible for you with the small pair.
