Happy to see 21x on the scale.
Been 50 days...
Started 246 and am 219 now.

I feel as strong or stronger than when I started
I'm going to keep going. I think I'd be really happy being 205-210
When I checked a couple weeks ago I was losing about .5 a day which I'm still doing not sure how long this will stay going im sure it will show down if I stay at same calories
A few times I've wondered if it's all really worth it but I keep going because I know it is
Last night playing basketball was the first time I've ever been able to jump off two feet and hang on rim. I can only do it with one hand a couple more inches and I think I could flush one. We'll see

Really winded the last two times I played basketball. Not getting enough calories to play as hard as I usually do. I guess not as much fat to go to for energy either.
I'd rather be tired and lose weight tho

Weight loss has slowed down a lot. I might have to start tracking progress per week or at least every 3 or 4 days... Like a rolling 7 day comparison.
7 days ago I was 216.2
I've been eating a little bit more Im not able to eat 1500-1600 I've been working out and playing basketball pretty hard. I'm having to eat around 2000 but still hungry. And in reality it's probably a couple hundred more than that since im not weighing and not everything I eat is prepackaged even though I try to so that I can get an accurate count.
I feel good and my strength feels ok as far as lifts go but my legs have been dead for a while I really need a weeks rest or something but I don't think I'm ready to do that. I want to keep going how I am for a while longer.
I've been down to 215ish before and this is always where I kinda hit a wall and stop so I want to push hard and stick it out longer to see if I can get lower.
The last time I was around or below 210 was probably freshman highschool. And I'm 35 right now.
When I stopped playing baseball in my early 20s I was 212lbs

I was very sick all night and I'm still pretty sick so I have to stay home and watch bball because my in-laws are old and getting sick is a big deal I guess
