    my wife son and i all have flu. im starting to get over it but still pretty sick. im having stomach pains from not eating enough, ive been trying to eat as much as i can.

    i just ate two burgerville cheeseburgers hopefully i can keep them down, i haven't thrown up yet so i should probably be good.

    im moving into a recomp phase from cutting.

    i'm going to try and stay between 205-210. i'm going to try to keep my calories between 2000 and 2500.

    i was able to dunk for the first time in a long time yesterday i didnt get it on video but i will get one at some point
