I did squats without hurting myself even though it was pretty light.
It feels like leg press works my legs harder but I'd like to do both alternating
Last night playing basketball I jumped higher than j have in a long time
I was able to off two feet hit my wrist on the rim and off one leg maybe 5 or 6 inches down my wrist on my forearm.

Strong progress here. Looking at the latest progress photo and comparing it to the first one, there is a significant change in very short time. Thumbs up man. I could never sustain the amount of calories you are eating and losing weight this fast. I hope you can stick with it.

Thanks man. I'm getting pretty used to it now.
A couple years ago I was 360lbs and I lost it all really fast eating about 1200 calories. It was a lot easier when I had all that weight.
I'm going to keep going how I am until I stall for a while and I'm not sure if I will cut harder or just let it be at that point. I'm not sure how much weight ~1500-2000 calories can support.
I guess I'll see

I'm feeling a real lack of energy today but I haven't been getting enough sleep. I'm still hitting my lifts as I was before I started cutting but it was tough to make reps
I've been a little sick as well. I need a nice night to relax.

My legs feel so strong today and I feel really light as well.
My two foot jump has gotten better. Without much warmup and no rest (leg press yesterday) I was jumping off two feet and grabbing rim is usually
I could barely do this after a long warmup and some rest in the day or two before.
Last time I dunk fairly easily it was after 2 weeks of lifting / plyo rest. But I don't think I'm ready to stop weight training right now for rest

Thanksgiving today. Going to so the best I can with all the social pressure and two Thanksgiving meals today
I'm going to try and ride my dirtbike today but it's raining cats and dogs and I dunno how muddy I want to get

Well I rode the piss out of my motorcycle for about an hour as hard as I could in this slippery clay mud
I ate a small plate turkey / two small rolls / small amount of mash potatoes and small amount of stuffing.
I did eat a handful of chocolate covered raisens tho lol
