    Pee is turning weird colors... New supps or Dehydrated

    My pee is almost a brown/red this morning....

    I started taking Creatine and have been drinking tons of water everyday.

    However, I'm not convinced it's dehydration as I started taking EVL Test Booster and EVL Multivitamin.

    I don't really feel dehydrated or anything, so I was wondering if any of the ingredients would do this to my pee, or if I am truly not drinking enough water?

    See your doctor. I can’t think of anything in those supplements that would cause those colors.
