    Very slow squat progression

So after starting a new program all my lifts are skyrocketing. Bench and ohp have significantly increased. And my deadlift just exploded for some reason..but my squat is just terrible. My max on squat is 245 and I feel like sqauting is a lift you should be able to progress on rather quickly..

Didn't really give enough information to give a real solution...
If you've just plateaued, which it sounds like you have, try upping your WEEKLY volume. Not necessarily your daily volume, but maybe instead of 6 sets of squats in one workout per week, do 3-5 sets of squats 4x per week. If you do it right (look up "Smolov jr squat program") you'll see awesome growth. Running that program, or any kind of strength program, should break the plateau. Hopefully that'll give you a better idea of what you're doing wrong in your training, and you can fix it from there.

    I've started lifting 5 months ago. I'm 6'2 170. Around 10-11% bf
    Current lifts
    135 strict press
    215 Benchpress
    355 deadlifts
    245 squat

Started out on stronglifts 5×5. Made lots of gains. Switched to a DUP program with more volume

DUP based workouts are the best to follow imo. Changing through different rep ranges yields great results! You should start to progress again with the higher volume. Continue to strive to add more pounds to the bar each week!

Yes Ive heard great things about dup too. It's just my squat hasn't improved much and I've had to do a boatload of volume and heavy sets of squats on this program and have little improvement

First off why do you weigh 170 at 6’2? You’ll need to gain some weight if you want strength. I’m only 5’9 but weigh close to 210, and deadlift 510 and squat mid 400s. You need mass on you if you want strength
    Squat- 450lbs
    Bench- 260lbs
    Deadlift- 520lbs
