I've been working on and off since I was 14 but only taken it's serious in the last two years and started body building in the last year but the only problem is I'm not seeing any difference at all I'm doing 5_5 and doing big weights but not seeing anything only got stronger if that makes sense I'm doing pristine shakes put the Wright on my self to build it up but no difference also when do you class your self as a body builder I'm 15stone and 17% body fat
