Saturdays effort. Shoulders are feeling like utter chit. I ordered a kabuki shoulderok after this session so we'll see if that helps. I don't know what the fuk is going on with my shoulders but my mobility is crap and its pretty painful at the moment. Even after giving them a couple weeks rest.*Only misc at work crew*

Took a few weeks off from ohp to sort out shoulders and wrist. Wrist is great, shoulder is still niggly. Looking forward to getting my kabuki shoulderok soon. Have finally got a couple more dumbells for the garage today.*Only misc at work crew*
